We have asked our friend and colleague Tez Plavenieks to review the Horue H10 EVO foil for Windfoil Zone.
Tez is the founding editor of Windsurfing UK Magazine. He as a long experience with testing windsurfing gears, and he now gives his view on this French made foil from Horue.

Construction:
Stainless steel mast (not 100% carbon as said in the video, only covered by a carbon layer)
Carbon front wing with reverse angle attack

Test
The front wing is fairly wide, high aspect ratio to get you flying with as light wind as possible.
When on the water, the wide wings gives good control and stability of the board, however it lacks a bit of power in light winds.
The front wing has also a concave form, which is also used by many other foil brands to give more power. This makes the foil very powerful as soon as the wind is established, and you may get overpowered if the wind really picks up

Affordable entry level foil: Ideal for people who want to start windfoiling.
Quality made by a brand that has been in the game for a while.
This foil is great for jumping, it has lots of spring
CONS:
Lacks a bit of power in light wind
Overpowered when the winds picks up
Summary:
Overall a good and affordable foil. Definitely a foil you should consider if you thinking about flying.
